Existence test of shrink packaging

In a famous brewery, the beverage container tray is tested for shrink packaging and whether it is completely shrink packaging. If pallets are not fully shrink wrapped, they become unstable and pose a risk during stacking. Shrink wrap containers must be tested using an automated sensor solution.

Solution

Two LSIs 412i smart cameras triggered by PRK 46b retro reflective photoelectric sensors are used. After multiple triggers, the smart camera will use the presence of reflection for evaluation. Customers can filter out defective containers and return them to the shrink wrap area. No additional personnel are required to monitor the shrink packaging process.
